We are a unique property sitting within the Historic Downtown Titusville District. Our property encompasses 3 separate apartment units. Studio A, B, & C. Studio B & C share a beautiful private fenced in back yard. Walking distance to historic downtown Titusville which offers a locally owned microbrewery, restaurants, wine shop, and Whiskeys Bar to name a few. Also walking distance to our and our Downtown Arts District featuring the Titusville Playhouse Inc. The Titusville Playhouse was established in 1965 and has grown to now have a TPI main stage and Stage 2 which is an outdoor auditorium. TPI has shows playing every weekend!
If outdoors is your vibe, we are a cyclist dream as our property sits alongside the coast to coast bike trail. We have bikes on site for use! Also just minutes away is access to the Indian River Lagoon, and the Titusville Veterans Memorial Fishing Pier which offers crabbing, fishing, shrimping around the shoreline or great viewing spot for our many rocket launches. For the Beachgoers, a 20 minute drive will bring you to our Playalinda Beach (Playa Linda - Spanish for “pretty beach”)located on Florida’s east coast in Canaveral National Seashore.
Ryen & Christine Bean, Urban Pioneers. Christine is a Native Floridian, born at McDill Air Force Base in Tampa Florida. At 6 months of age moved to Titusville with her family and has resided here ever since. Ryen was born in Ohio, his family moved to Titusville in 1981 to be a part of the space program.
